ntl upgrades

I understand ubr upgrades in South Wales have been cancelled for next week because the techs are refusing to work out of hours, as a protest to the way they are currently being treated.

I also understand different reasons for the cancelled upgrades have been given to the NMC and Swansea Support, by the managers in the affected areas.

Anyone care to comment on this?
