Basingstoke/Reading area yoyo connection?

ok it seems to have sorted it self out

but earlier today the net went down so i phoned up faults but whilst i was on hold waiting for them to anwser it came back up so i never botherd

then a couple of times a bit later on. it went down for about 30 seconds.

any idea what was happening there?

by the status lights on the modem id say it lost the return path as in both cases the send light was flashing on and off and the online and activity lights had gone out (surfboard 4100)

just seems a bit werid it would go down for 10mins then for about 30seconds.

right in the middle of a game of starcraft on battle.net i was annoyed lol the 10min one decided to happen just as i was about to build a nuke
