They got away with that in poor TV reception areas, but I was proved right when they moved up the valleys and the guy handling faults said we get very few from up there, I said wait until they cable the houses on the side of the mountain.

When they did I had to visit many customers complaining about the ntl salesmans lies

Without salesmen, developers wouldn't have a job, I tried freelance work for around a year and brought in very little, now someone sells what I do, I'm not doing to badly for myself, worth every penny.

Anybody else suffer from 'Is it done yet?' syndrom.

This is where a Project Manager or similar (i.e. Upshot Salesperson) will draw up a schedule for the project allocate you x days to do your part of the process and then ask you 3 hours into day one of your work and at hourly intervals after that : 'It is done yet?'

This annoys me something rotten. Usually the one comment that makes me doing something else (look on nthellworld.com).
