Erm nah it's impossible to get symettrical 8Mbit over ADSL1

The max package Easynet do is either 2Mbit in both directions or 8Mbit down 768kbit up, at a 5:1 (I think!?) contention ratio. The cost of this service is a mere £300 a month + VAT with a £950 setup charge.

I'll take two!
