Well the fire...

Actually it's Granny Weatherwax who asks the question and that answer was given by Walter Plinge in Maskerade...
Mine's the leather jacket!
And that's one of the things I'd take, along with my business backup disks and my wallet because that's got the credit and debit cards I'd need to pay for all the stuff that I'd need in the next few days.

Ah I see how you could have misread what I posted to think I was suggesting Granny gave that answer.
Didn't Nanny Ogg say something like "I expect you said your mum" to which he replied, "No, she can get herself out"

I would save.....
1.) The Dog
And thats about it really, everything else is either too heavy to be worth the risk (PC, TV, etc) or is insured anyway (Laptop, mobile, etc)
|
nope a dog and a cat......but the dog barks constantly.....we live in a place where there are lots of people coming and going......to the school....and she barks whenever someone walks past

Re: if you could only save 3 things
Well, it would have to be:
1. Cats - if I could manage to find them and / or stop them fighting!
2. Girlfriend (or I'd never hear the end of it!)
3. Assuming I had my phone and keys on me, file box that's got all of the info I'd need
