Re: Ideas for camp 70's music

That's cheating!!! Although it's funny to see Herbie's surname auto-edited out...LOL I hope he never plays in Scunthorpe

Couple of corkers....

Alicia Bridges - I LOve The Nightlive (I Love To Boogie)
Jimmy Helms - Gonna Make You An Offer
Silver Convention - Get Up And Boogie (That's Right!)

Pure fromage!

Re: Ideas for camp 70's music

There's some painfully funky stuff on an album called Tuff Dude by Buddy Rich (1974). I have one in particular in my head but I can't remember what the track's called. It's instrumental so I can't give you a line.

The album is apparently unavailable but I guess you DJ types have extensive archives

Re: Ideas for camp 70's music

Not sure when this was released, may just be 80's but it's a great floor cleaner ( yes that's cleaner, not clearer)

Oops upside your head...The Gap Band.
