There are some things that will always have to be different. They will never be in a position to assume that all subscribers have the new, dual-labeled remotes, so the Langley software will always refer to the 'Select' button, whereas Bromley will always refer to 'OK'. Tiny differences, but differences nonetheless.

Re: BMR When?

According to Peter Litler over on DS, the Faults Dept. have informed him that the MR2 rollout will take place over the next 2 weeks.

http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...80#post1919880

Personally, I find this hard to believe, for the reasons I mention in the DS thread.

What do you lot think??
Can anyone else confirm anything??

Cheers,
Browneggsandham

i hope so...i want MR2 now!! pink is infecting my brain....aaaarrrrgggg!

i would image it will be better than LCR3 (seeing as ex-cwc areas ALWAYS get the best service )

anyway, i did hear that MR2 was meant to be rolled out in July (or was this something else )

Ah well. Thanks for clearing that up Proppin'.
I suppose we can't really complain considering how long Langley people had to wait for CR3. It's not like we're really missing out on anything except a colour scheme.

Re: BMR When?

I've got no dates, but do know its some way off yet.
Like LCR3, I'm sure some 'helpful' ntl insiders will be along to quote dates soon, but unless you hear it from the likes of Sam B or via a mail shot, then I wouldn't pay too much attention to it.

Re: BMR When?

Can we have the quick access subtitles (yellow button) back please - it's a right palaver to get them if you have to mute the sound for a phone call.

Tristan, have you seen it, or are you just going by the fact that that's one of the LCR3 features??

I take it that you dont have yours linked up to a surround system and are currently listening to your speakers crackle and pop then! I've been waiting for this fix ever since that clever MR1 screwed the volume to +10.. Hurry up and fix it you Mofo's.

You're right, I don't :pp

But I do understand your frustrations, it annoys me even just through my TV speakers.
