I think the worst thing about a job I've ever had is being teamed up with someone, whose very existence got on my nerves. Luckily I don't have that problem at the moment.

I hate it when people come through to me on the phone and say "Yeah, What it is right" or can't actually start a conversation and umm and arr for what feels like 10 minutes "Yeah Right Well Hmmm Yeah Err"
