ntl Home - Server Status Page
29 March 2004 17:54

We are upgrading the Server that hosts the Service Status Page to allow future enhancements.
In order for this essential maintenance to be carried out the Service Status Page must be taken offline for 4 hours.

To minimise the impact that this maintenance will have on our customers, ntl will be conducting this work between the hours of 2am and 6am on Tuesday 30th March.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Re: Server Status Page Upgrade?

The page isnt any good anyway

Last week My BB was down so I used the trusty dial-up to check the service status....... Nothing out in my area.

After a 20 minute phone call I found out there was an outage in my area

Reliable as ever NTL

Re: Server Status Page Upgrade?

rather than speaking to tech support to find out about an outage, try the server status phone number: 0800 052 4315

admittedly, not all problems are on there, but it is a free call so worth a try!!
