Phone NTL up about this 2ce now, they said they would get an engineer out, well were the hell is he/she? did they even bother to send one out to get this problem sorted?
NTL, as soon as I get a job, if you don't get this sorted i'm changing ISP.

Tip for you - if anyone from NTL gives you an assurance such as "We'll send out an engineer" or "It will be sorted tomorrow", always take that person's name and extension number or their Team Leader's name, just to help reduce the potential of it being a fob-off.
