Yeah, I've no doubt there are clowns, but they're seriously outweighed as far as I can see. You just don't hear Brits giving it the "YEE-HAH!!!!! YOU SUCK YOU PUNKBLEEPED BLEEPERBLEEPER!!!!!!" when they get a headshot.

Oh you do, believe me you hear it a lot and not just on COD4, on any type of game, maybe we seem to think Americans are worse but just look how much more population they have. Ive heard British (and plenty of them) just be as bad.

Fair enough bud - like I say, I've not heard it myself. Only games I've ever played online have been NFS, SOCOM and COD4 and they were all yeehahmeisters on those. No doubt I'll experience it eventually.

I've had live for a good few years now and play on it quite a bit and you do get it from some Brits but as Kryogenik said the vast majority of times it comes from yanks, possibly because theres more of them you hear it more but generally the British people i play with behave considerably better than Americans. It does get annoying when you get idiots shouting and swearing down the mic and when this happens i hope i'm on the opposite team to them or just leave and find a better game. But i find the experiance much better when you play with people from your friends list that you know arent 12 year old idiots that think because your not face to face with them they can act the hard man and shout and swear at you for no reason or just to try and impress their friends or make up for something they lack, like a brain.

Well said Shadow I think you hit the nail on the head, imo its generally the young American kids who are worse with their remarks, to be fair though the older Americans are not like this, Ive had many a great game with them. The plus being now at least you can mute the morons easily in game now, also if your the host you can kick them, which is even better.
