i dnt mind i accept either. but it cant be the same as that mean i have 3 box... i mean VIP50 with the v+ and v HD box as standard but alos v box

If i upgraded i would want the V HD box just like to kee teh samsung box as well just owndeirng the prices just but wont be fora few months before u ugprade unless i win the lottery lol

Sorry i thought that you had the v+hd box and the standard box not a addintional box.
All that i am trying to do is help out another customer the same as me.

I rang retentions recently and enquired about the dual VIP20 price rate. They dropped me to the cheaper rate and offered to refund the difference for 6 months, so I got an £18 refund too. I had to accept a new 12 month contract though.

phoned retentions earlier spoke to linda, best they could offer me on vip50 was 2 v+ boxes sky sports/movies hd , XXl broadband, xl phone xl tv , £113 & £75 installation
