Well your power levels should be as slow to 0 as poss so your ok there.
RxMER = SNR which is good as well by the looks but then again you are on 256QAM so you'd expect these been around this.

What about your upstream power?

Looks OK 45 from what I can gather is ideal but almost 47 is pretty good.. 55dB ish I've been told is danger zone for the upstream.

Well I'm sure 2nd line have said on various occasions that upstream levels on 50mb should be in the 40's, around 45dB. 55 or higher is to high. In fact i'm sure they said that in the 50's at all is above where it needs to be.
post a message in the usenet group virginmedia.support.broadband.cable and ask them to check your modem they will tell you if they are too high. 2nd line respond in there.

Neither the BSRs or the UBR10Ks can support bonded upstream channels atm, so there will only be one US channel.
