First bill after getting TalkTalk-like deal

Just received my first bill from ntl today after getting the TalkTalk-like deal from the retentions dept a few weeks ago which is 10mbit Broadband and Talk Unlimited 24 for £20.50 a month. 10mbit was only enabled this past Saturday after the cable modem was fitted.

Here is a snippet of the bill:

I do have 10mbit enabled so I don't understand why it lists 4mbit instead. The DTV and premium channel should not be on the next bill.

Who can make heads and tails of this?

I think a call to ntl is needed. Doesn't look like I'll be getting the deal they said ie £20.50 for 10mbit and TU24 or is it just going to be their first bill thats fudged up?
