Re: Webmail attachments using Firefox problem
did you uninstall the firefox and all of its folders?
i.e. the Documents & Settings > all users > mozilla > firefox or Documents & Settings > your computer name > mozilla > firefox
Program files > mozilla Firefox.
try to get rid of everything before you do a fresh install.
the program files > mozilla firefox is the program.
the documents and settings ones, are your preferences.
I will look at the config file to see if you have something off there.

Re: Webmail attachments using Firefox problem
Tried deleting all settings and re-installing. Tried looking at Java console (no output). Still no different. I think I will try on a different machine that has never had Firefox on it and see what happens. (Then perhaps I'll try a couple of defrags to make me feel better )

Webmail doesn't use Java (Javascript maybe, but not Java)

Re: Webmail attachments using Firefox problem
Tried it on another machine. Same problem. Perhaps it only works on non-windows machines.

Re: Webmail attachments using Firefox problem
Web mail works fine for me on Firefox. Just click the attachment name by "Download Attachment" and the attachment is displayed. May be you have links set as black colour so it doesn't look like a link, have you tried clicking it any way or is the name not shown at all?

Yup, that's exactly what I mean. I can't see these attachment links in my Firefox. With IE they show up fine! I've tried clicking where the link should be but nothing happens so I don't think it is a colour issue. I'm using the default colours anyway. I must be doiing something really dumb.

Re: Webmail attachments using Firefox problem
I have tried looking at the source of the page in Firefox and in IE and they appear to be different. It's as if webmail serves a different page depending on the browser. Is this possible? I guess I will have to look a bit deeper. Trouble is I'm a C++ developer not a HTML/WEB type person.
