If an old geezer like you can get 12,000  then a robust (fat), fit (into 38" waist), young (steaming towards 30) lad like me should be well above that

what exactly do these things do anyway, do they make your wrist spin at 12000rpm? i watched the video on the site and it just made me... well.... laugh...

ever tried holding a bicyle wheel, while it is spinning, and trying to move it out of the plane of motion - it is very difficult, the gyroscopic effect resists being 'precessed' - these resist motion in the same way.
