HBO MAX On The Cheap?

Can someone please look and tell me if I have got this wrong. A sub to HBO with adds is £4.99 a month. If you go to the NOW tv site they are doing a deal of HBO with adds for £2.99 a month with a 12 month contract instead of the usual £9.99 a month.

Am I right? If so it would make more sense to take out a cheap sub with NOW, rather than with HBO direct.

You can choose from five HBO Max plans*:
  • Basic with Ads (£4.99/month)
  • Standard with Ads (£5.99/month)
  • Standard (£9.99/month)
  • Premium (£14.99/month)
  • TNT Sports (£30.99/month)

All channels, live content, replays and all sports (where included in your plan) contain ads. You may also see sponsorship and Cross‑Promotional Content.

Re: HBO MAX On The Cheap?

Someone on Virgin TV 360 (or willing to do a free change in software from V6 to TV 360) , there is arguably now less reason for them to subscribe to HBO Max , not for 12 whole months.

Could just subscribe for 30 days to watch The Pitt and then cancel and then maybe resubscribe in August for Lanterns

This offer may only apply if you do it before 25th March ?

The NOW Entertainment & HBO Max membership will be £6.99 a month, and the NOW Entertainment membership will be £4.99 a month, when taken with the 6-month Monthly Saver options
