Hi guys I was cutting my hedge today and not seen that when VM installed my cable about 13 years ago they had just shoved it under my hedge leading to the walls where it's connected.
Today I was cutting away and the hedge was overgrown must have pushed the cable further out and I cut it in 2 about 6 feet away from the wall.
They are coming on the 7th to fix it. Will they need to put new cable in from the junction box to to the house or will they just repair it from where it's been cut in 2?
I have a wall unit blocking the box from the inside so would need to remove it if they need to get to the socket.
They should a new cable from the cab to your house
Can’t see it. Cheaper to repair and put a gel seal on. Back when I worked on service/installs for VM techs were targeted in the amount of repulls booked.
