VM's webmail is a flaky bit of rubbish at the best of times. It's now sending VM's own monthly bills into the SPAM folder. Fine by me, always though they were a dodgy company
That won't happen for all customers and you can white list the address the e billing notification comes from to stop that happening.
Unfortunately it's not a simple as VM doing that on a global level. Email addresses and other elements can be spoofed, so the SPAM filter will run on emails that do come from VM in the same way as all others.
Hopefully the Bailiff's letters will go into the Spam folder as well...
