Virgin sending own bills into SPAM...
VM's webmail is a flaky bit of rubbish at the best of times. It's now sending VM's own monthly bills into the SPAM folder. Fine by me, always though they were a dodgy company ;)

Re: Virgin sending own bills into SPAM...
That won't happen for all customers and you can white list the address the e billing notification comes from to stop that happening.
Unfortunately it's not a simple as VM doing that on a global level. Email addresses and other elements can be spoofed, so the SPAM filter will run on emails that do come from VM in the same way as all others. |
Re: Virgin sending own bills into SPAM...
I'm not white listing it, I trust VM's SPAM filter. The bill is clearly fraudulent and will be ignored ;)

Hopefully the Bailiff's letters will go into the Spam folder as well...;)
