Orange/EE Mobile Internet Connection

Hi

I seem to be having a problem connecting to the internet with my phone, but only on a particular mast. When I'm at home 3G works ok, as it does at work - until my phone decides to connect to this particular mast.

I think that its ID is 210912598:234:33.

Is there somewhere I can report this, without having to phone Orange/EE?

Cheers, Tali.

if you go to EE Coverage Checker and enter postcode where you having problems see if any fault has been reported if not report it. also you can go to ofcom mast locations site

Re: Orange/EE Mobile Internet Connection

Since T-Mobile 7 Orange became EE the service has become a pile of steaming poo.

To save cash they have been turning of masts, I used to get a very strong signal in my house I get drop outs everyday.

So when my contact ends and if the signal hasn't improved I'm going elsewhere.

Re: Orange/EE Mobile Internet Connection

Thanks for comments. Connection seems ok today.

The network merger has actually benefitted me. The signal at work on Orange was barely enough to make a phone call. Now I get full signal all of the time, just no internt connection. However, it seems fine today, so I'll keep an eye open and see what happens.

Giff Gaff appeals to me too, when my contract finishes.
