Apps & Games No Folders

Had Tivo box installed yesterday.

Under Apps & Games there are no items to select.

Engineering noticed this and did a manual update and said it should appear within 30 mins but it hasn't.

Any ideas?

Do I need to log a fault?

I found that it was 2 days before I acquired all the On Demand facilities on the TIVO.

I think 30 minutes was a bit optimistic, but maybe things have improved. Try rebooting it (pull the plug out for 20 seconds and then plug back in) and see if it comes up. If not, give Customer Services a call and see if there is a problem.

It needs to complete a service connection to get these. It can take up to two hours at times.
