More Labour profligacy eh? What a surprise (not).
I reckon Arthur's forum engine needs a good service - it just keeps backfiring. 
Mind you if it wasn't for his persistence we wouldn't get so many opportunities to highlight Labour's hypocrisy and ineptitude. Cheers Arthur, keep up the good work.
