Unfortunately, there will be be people that will regard the man of being a racist just because someone accused him of being one. and making the news doesn't help much.
but that's life.
it's probably safer just to not talk about different races and colour. because at the end of the day (I hate that phrase) someone will always call it racism.

I'm glad to see you take that approach.
I agree, some things of a racial / colour related nature are best kept away from discussion boards where they can be misinterpreted.
Whilst I, and I'm sure others, will miss your "interesting" asides in relation to immigrants etc I, and I'm sure others, applaud your having the fortitude, mutual respect and commonsense to refrain from commenting on such matters for the greater good.
