Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
is the loyalty discount the same as a bundle discount? I spoke to cs yesterday to move my installation date and lady confirmed my new monthly bill which will be £9.50 extra to what im paying now as I expected so I've not lost my discount.

I find it incredible that we are still getting conflicting information on this very important issue.
The outcome can influence the decision on whether customers take Tivo or not.

Phoned the TiVo team and have been told that if I did not get the email, then I will need to wait until Monday and join the general rush. Problem is I am away all next week, so I dread to think how long the queue will be when I do manage to book an install.
Not happy.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
All installed. Had a few hiccups, but our house always does seem to give them a bit of trouble. Signal levels all ok, but boxes were pretty unresponsive compared to others he'd installed, so had a bit of a worry. Some playing around and everything is perfect on the downstairs TiVo (obviously still downloading). He got an error on the upstairs one to say it was incorrectly registered on the account so he called to sort it and they are sending new hits. Everything still downloading well so he's 'closed' the call and gone to his next ones and will give me a ring in a couple of hours to check that it's all finished up ok. If not he'll come back and troubleshoot.
So - a couple of questions. I've seen a link to the codes to programme the remote to turn the TV off and on and control the sound, but can't find it - does anyone know it off the top of their head (and the keys to use to turn TV on/off).
I read wayyy back on the other thread that you can actually see somewhere what all 3 tuners are on and choose from them before changing channel that way you get their buffer if it's something you want to watch - where do I find this. The guy was very knowledgeable but this was something he hadn't come across when I asked.
Thanks as always

TV on/off if programmed is holding down "TV"
To see whats on other tuners, press "INFO" and scroll down to "RRR", this will show what channels the tuners are on and allow you to switch between them

Thanks DF. Just a quick question - To get the free multiroom offer, should I select "Add a TiVo" with the indictated £6.50 charge, or select "Upgrade" and wait to be offered the multiroom?
