Sorry if this has been asked but at the moment logging into my @ntlworld.com email account on virgin media web site tells me my account is being upgraded.
After submiting my email address I get redirected to google mail (I know accounts are being transferred) the problem is it tells me I have invalid email address/password. What is my username/password example below,
username:
joe.blogs@ntlworld.com or virginmedia.com
password: same as virginmedia one
or is the problem it is not available at present because of the upgrade
