I've had mega problems with my Virgin Email account this week. For eg: sent emails have not arrived, keep getting error notifications and then I get the stupid box that tells me I need to sign in, yet when I try to it keeps going back to the sign in again.
Had this a while back and am now seriously getting fed up of VM mail. Grrrr.
Are you using webmail or an email client? Either way, call virgin, who can reset the password their end and ensure it matches what you have, this should resolve this.
