Email Outage
 

Hi all

I've had mega problems with my Virgin Email account this week. For eg: sent emails have not arrived, keep getting error notifications and then I get the stupid box that tells me I need to sign in, yet when I try to it keeps going back to the sign in again.

Had this a while back and am now seriously getting fed up of VM mail. Grrrr.

Have you called in about it as that does not sound like an outage, the only one this week was for @ntlworld.com webmail.

Remember that it is a free service and yu are under no obligation to use it.

Sounds like a browser problem to me.

Sounds like it is stuck in loop and possibly resetting the browser may fix it or try another browser such as Firefox or Opera and even Chrome.

Are you using webmail or an email client? Either way, call virgin, who can reset the password their end and ensure it matches what you have, this should resolve this.
