Changed network ID

A few days ago, just before xmas day, my STB rebooted overnight with what I suspect is a new software version.

Now, only a very few of the channels are working. I looked at the network ID and it is wrong, it's now 41060 and should be 41044.

How do I change it back to the correct ID? I can't seem to access the engineering box that lets me change the ID.

Re: Changed network ID

If this is a Legitimate Virginmedia supplied set top box then all you do is call 151 or 0845 454 1111 and they will send provisioning signals to your box, otherwise you are in the wrong forum.
