I still fail to see how my incredulity that someone finds the absurd image of a black woman depicted as an ape and then equates that to the Labour government's stance on multiculturalism. At no point whatsoever did I suggest that the poster was racist, a Nazi, or of any other right wing opinion. At no point did I even mention race. My issue was, why did it have anything at all to do with the party political structure here in the UK, particularly how it relates to Labour party policy? But you lot can continue to see me as the bogeyman as much as you like. Those guilty consciences will do the rest.

Flyboy, do you ever read my posts? Even when I spell it out in the clearest possible terms you just ignore it.
The fact that everybody is on a completely different track from you must prove that its you that are on the wrong track, not them. Between everyone in this thread being a racist bigot and you misunderstanding a post, i'm definitely voting for the later.

Re: Google in Obama race picture row
Yes, as a matter of fact I do read your posts. In fact I was reading one in particular, quite recently, which appears to indicate that you seem to have a habit of raising the spectre of Labour's "multiculturalism policies" at almost any opportunity, irrespective of the subject at hand, just as you have on this thread. I think the "track" you speak of is your own agenda, what that is, is unclear right now, but I am sure you will let us know when you need to.
I have not called anyone a "racist bigot," but yours and everyone else's "imagination," seems to be fixated on the fact that I have said that, or something similar. I think that says more about you and your friends than it does me.

Mentioning multiculturalism in a thread about racism? I agree with you - that really is a quantum leap in logic.
Anyway, must dash - you've caught me between cross-burnings. Be back soon.

Re: Google in Obama race picture row
But it's not just any old "Multiculturalism," is it? It is "Labour's multiculturalism agenda."
This thread has nothing to do with "multiculturalism" at all, whether it is Labour's or anyone else's, though has it. It has nothing to do with integration, or how different cultures interact. Neither do other threads, in which you raise the issue, have much to do with that subject either. But if you had even bothered to actually read my post after yours, you will have noticed that I did not say anything at all about your intention to raise the subject of race, it was your unprecedented leap of logic, going from the rather unflattering image of an American, to the Labour party's, the UK government's, stance on multiculturalism. It was you who raised the issue (hiding behind a smiley doesn't help your cause either), therefore you must have had a purposeful intent to denigrate this country's political policies.

I see the humour bypass op was a resounding success.
Flyboy: please take a chill pill. Several people have pointed out that your posting style is erm, somewhat aggressive and counterproductive, and I have to concur. Being a bit of a liberal leftist, I ought to agree with you on occasion, but I find your dismissive attitude towards opinions other than yours rather annoying. Debate doesn't have to involve attacking other posters at the earliest opportunity. Try thinking of it as an exchange of ideas.

I really can't work out any more whether you are actually being serious or just trying to wind me up. Either way I don't give a toss and i'm not going to waste any more of life trying to explain something everyone else on the forum is able to grasp except you.
