IV emailed them back saying I am returning phone and reordering at reduced price and suggested they could save me the trouble just by crediting my account .

well thats ma phone back on again for now , tech said cabinet on first floor landing vandalised again , he says he is sending his supervisor or some head honcho out to have a look , sad people with no thoughts for the elderly or disabled who need their phones and get their kicks this way , catching the guy who is obviously a resident is another thing .
