If you have a email account with Virgin you need to ask them to do a Move and Transfer for you otherwise the account will stop working when you move house.

I am only broadband support so just giving advice to prevent you calling me or my colleagues up and you need to request a Move and Transfer from Customer Services.
I presume another colleague will be along soon to give you the house moving advice.

You ring 150 and press option 2 then option 1 and just wait for an agent to answer and they will be able to give you all the information you need to help your move go smoothly.
