Hello yes I just finished the last update still got that problem with PCI serial port though,the router is fine though thanks take care .

vista updates drivers automatically, otherwise you go into security centre and turn it on then leave it alone.

I dont beleive it now I cant Install my printer now it says it cant find drivers for it what next I am really pxxxxd off now bloody P.C. its really geting me down now thanks lads take care roy

Use the disc that came with the printer, you should just be able to run the setup on that and it will sort out the drivers for you.

Failing that have a look on the manufacturer's web site and see if you can download them from there.

thats just it I dont understand I have installed this printer a few times and it all worked ok with the disc ,but this time when it says make sure the printers connected it starts to look for drivers but just stops and i got to come out of it then thanks
