Dude, your actions don't make sense. You have wasted a lot of people's time by choosing when and what you like to see posted. If it means a ban for me then so be it. Your members make the forum, not moderating decisions.

I don't believe it would have been, those who take the time to register and post, should not have to wonder which website the next reply is going to be made on.

I have said my peace and I will now let it go.

			Enough.

I'm going to suggest that everybody goes and re-reads the Terms of Use, decides if they can abide by them, and then makes a concious decision about whether or not what they're about to post fits in with them or not.

Continued arguing/debating the decision to close/re-open this thread is not going to do anybody any favours and will lead to infractions.

The thread has been re-opened, please use it for the constructive reasons that it was originally intended for.

Thank you.

 Very good idea.

The thread is now open, apologies to all for the confusion, the topic is Phorm in case people had forgotten.

This thread has been reopened in good faith - If I get let down - Then I will see to it personally that it gets closed. The topic is Phorm and nothing else.

			Well hello again everyone.

Here we are again.

Phorm is still out there.

BT execs are preparing for their big speeches at the AGM, and hopefully their little speeches to Metropolitan policemen once the prosecution file has been read.

And Phorm are losing money fast.

When there was a hiatus here, which looked absolutely permanent

although it turns out to have been temporary,

the thread transferred to noDPI.org and went here - https://nodpi.org/forum/on-topic/con...-thread/page-1
and has got quite busy.

No doubt there will be a sizeable discussion there about here.

Firstly may I thank the moderators for reconsidering their decision.

Secondly may I make an appeal that they (and I am sure they are aware of this already) understand that many pro Phorm PR activists would love to see this thread closed and that they, the CFT, please bear this in mind in relation to any abnormal postings with a possible intent to provoke its closure.

By and large this thread had been on track and I certainly hope it will stay that way.

So come on guys and gals, lets not forget that the issue we have to fight and discuss is Phorm / Webwise and its possible illegal adoption by any ISP's.

The Baroness is 1:15pm, I will be giving a speech too as will Jason from UKFSN but I haven't set a time for those yet as they are more flexible and there is still the possibility that another Peer will be speaking so I want to make sure we can accomodate their schedule if they turn up.

This is the correct place if you want a discussion in a neutral environment, that way it stops from getting to fanatical and adds credance to the anti-phorm movement, but people have to respect the rules.

I would like thank the Mods for reconsidering this thread.
Just to open the discussion with one about phorm in general...

With the revamp all logos have gone but I noticed this:
