Speed or lack of it

i'm on xl bb but the speeds i am getting are stupid is anyone else having problems or is it just me ( st1 area stoke on trent )

Test 1: 1024K took 1062 ms = 964.2 KB/sec, approx 7945 Kbps, 7.76 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 1344 ms = 761.9 KB/sec, approx 6278 Kbps, 6.13 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 1406 ms = 728.3 KB/sec, approx 6001 Kbps, 5.86 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 5203 ms = 393.6 KB/sec, approx 3243 Kbps, 3.17 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 5867 Kbps, 5.73 Mbps

Post what modem you have and the power levels and logs after removing your MAC address and serial number.

Login to modem by putting>192.168.100.1 into the browser address bar and when it asks for a username and password use root for both

The Downstream Receive power looks to be quite low at -8.3dBmV and I would call up Tech Support for that on 0906 212 1111 and they are available 24/7 as well.

Below is the recommended power levels for both NTL Platforms and you are much lower than both of them.
