for an extra 60 quid to 100 quid you get a fully featured albeit larger laptop. If you want one of these for anything other than very simple very light tasks then dont bother. Its a web browser basic office machine if you do any real work on it you have to carry usb sticks to store the data if you forget this and fill the 4 gig your stuck. My mobile fone can send email and browse the web ok its not a word processor but 200 quid so I can write some text and maybe play solitare while im out?? I do not think so

And there in lies the problem "somewhat larger"

That said a sub 14" notebook isnt that bad to lug around but this would be a nice thing to have for when you want to travel light.
