Don't know if anyone is aware .... But I was getting fed up with people getting discounts for the same service ... like

They said because I have Family Pack + Telephone + Call Unlimited then I qualified for a "Value Pack" scheme and that I would save £6 per month for the next 12 months...
They said any other discounts would only be for a limited period, whilst this is for ever ....
Why do we have to ask to get something? Surely good customer service would be to give this away for freely....
