Saved £6 per month - VALUE PACK
Don't know if anyone is aware .... But I was getting fed up with people getting discounts for the same service ... like http://www.home.ntl.com/page/existing_fampackoffer . So I rang CS and complained...
They said because I have Family Pack + Telephone + Call Unlimited then I qualified for a "Value Pack" scheme and that I would save £6 per month for the next 12 months... They said any other discounts would only be for a limited period, whilst this is for ever .... Why do we have to ask to get something? Surely good customer service would be to give this away for freely.... |

We have the same pack here - the bill came in yesterday, WITH the discount showing.
I had no idea that the "Value Pack" existed, so it seems to have been added automatically! So I'm well chuffed:tu: |
