Confusing message

My virgin media says that my contract is coming to end , time renew etc. Click here to continue, that then says call . Not going to happen at the moment. However if I look at contract, is says ends August 24

Re: Confusing message

On mine before I re negotiated I was given the option to renew online which was basically the same cost as I was paying but a new 18 month contract.

After I made a new deal which was £26 for 500 meg 18 month contract the option came back online to renew at the same price or upgrade to 1GIG for an extra £3.55 which was actually £4 less than I was offered by main retentions.

Worth having a look see if you can extend if you want but remember the forced price rises
