I own a forum Invision Power Boar and I am having problems with it.
I bought a new PC today because my old PC was playing up giving me errors in the JavaScript error console.
When I go to my ACP on my forum I get this error.

Now this seems weird..
This can only be down to my internet connection since I bought a new PC today and the same thing is happening on this new PC than it did on my old PC.
Seems like it's something to do with Java/JavaScript with my internet connection?..
I've reset the modem about 5-6 times and still having the same problem.
Can anyone help me out on this please?
Thanks.

This was sent from a IPB staff member team, forum software.
"Hello.
If an entirely new PC, with nothing added to it like antivirus or firewall software, still encounters the issue, then the problem is somewhere within your home network, or with your Internet provider.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist in diagnosing such issues, we can only support the software where it's located, and no less than 5 of us are unable to reproduce this issue at all; it works perfectly for all of us. We have techs located throughout the US and UK, and none of them can reproduce what you report.
At this point, all we can suggest is that you take that new PC back to the merchant from whom you purchased it, ask them to connect to their network with unrestricted internet access, then visit your forum again and see if you still have the same problem.
Thank you.
