I raised a complaint through the VM website more than 3 weeks ago and it's still not been dealt with.
It's supposedly with the 'chief executives office' but I figure they just call the complaints department that to make gullible people think the boss cares about their issue.
So what's the team above the 'chief executives office' and how can I escalate my complaint to them?

Thanks
i kicked off with them a few years back and cc'd a load of people in the mail and it got sorted double pronto - not sure if they all still work there but will dig it out if you like?
I've raised a second complaint through the web form, complaining about the lack of response to the first complaint. No doubt that'll be equally as effective, so I've emailed the chief exec. Next stop the ISPA.
