How do I escalate a complaint?

I raised a complaint through the VM website more than 3 weeks ago and it's still not been dealt with.

It's supposedly with the 'chief executives office' but I figure they just call the complaints department that to make gullible people think the boss cares about their issue.

So what's the team above the 'chief executives office' and how can I escalate my complaint to them?

Thanks

The CEO complaints team are real and as the name suggests is a high level complaints team.

Re: How do I escalate a complaint?

Thank you everyone.

I've raised a second complaint through the web form, complaining about the lack of response to the first complaint. No doubt that'll be equally as effective, so I've emailed the chief exec. Next stop the ISPA.

Emailing the chief exec seems to be the answer :)
