Yet again another Friday with Catch Up TV and TV On Demand not working.
This is a joke - the worst service ever. No response from complaints reported to VM and now two Fridays in row with Catch Up TV and TV On Demand problems.
Does anyone know how the snail mail address to send a complaint to VM because I am getting no where by other methods.

That fault ticket is for a failure of the search function, not for catch up not working. If you have a fault, you need to report it, either by phone or on the official VM forum at http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV/bd-p/tv
