Theresa May criticises judges for 'ignoring' deportation law.

Home Secretary Theresa May has accused judges of making the UK more dangerous by ignoring rules aimed at deporting more foreign criminals.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21489072

Then perhaps its time to replace some of these judges who are not adhering to the rules as we have it.

Unfortunately for Theresa May Parliamentary Guidance does not trump existing legislation ,which in this case is ECHR article 8 ,so before she can force judges to deport criminals she has to introduce an act of parliament that says they can .That is in the process but not complete yet

It is interesting that laws designed to protect us from tyrannical governments is being used to lock in some of the worlds worst **** in this country, yeah that's some good protecting.

Re: Theresa May criticises judges for 'ignoring' deportation law.

So she wants to make a law that expressly contradicts the human rights act?

Do these people have any idea how laws actually work???

I've wondered what would happen if you make MPs and Judges live in the worst areas they work in would it make some of them re-evaluate their opinions.
