Can I ask where you upgraded the handset and what does it say on the contract (if you did it in store)

Re: o2 question

they might just taken the money off you and onto the account
but wont actually charge you that till they ship the phone?

so your account have £189 which would be taken off when they ship it?

well just my guess

Re: o2 question

No because you see the £189 was to allow my phone to go into upgrade and my status was changed. I only paid £99 for the handset which will be added to my October bill. It's the upgrade fee seems to be classed as a credit while upgrade went thought free, what do I do

Re: o2 question

Ring O2 Customer Services and ask them to explain it?

How would I know, I don't work for O2 - try ringing the people who might know (O2 Customer Services).

Re: o2 question

If you decided to pay £180 to get an upgrade which would have been free had you waited one month, then you deserve a lot more aggro than you're getting imo.

More than likely the charge will show once the next bill is made up.
