VIP 100Mb upgrade pricing

Why does the website indicate an upgrade from vip50 to vip100 as £26.50 extra per month, when the standalone price difference is only £10?

Regards

John

Re: VIP 100Mb upgrade pricing

Probably cos VIP 100 isn't available online yet so if you try and do it, it defaults not the closest non-VIP bundle with 100Mbit

Do CS use the website? As I was quoted £26.50 extra to upgrade when I phoned up CS. Infact it was worse than that as they said I would also lose my discounts if I wanted to upgrade so my bill would go from £95.96 to £137

Regards

John.

Re: VIP 100Mb upgrade pricing

Nope. Customer Services should know the correct pricing.

If you don't think you are getting the right price for what you want, complain.
