There are several options.
1) Thumb down, Thumb up, Play, Play just restarts the UI
2) Home -> Help&Settings -> Clear or Reset TiVo box -> Restart the TiVo box
3) Press and hold the standby button on the front of the box
4) Use the on/off switch
