As I understand it anyway ..
But some ports are for Xbox Live and such, and if specific ports are forwarded then gameplay improves, what I am asking is does the console have to be on a wireless connection or can it be connected via ethernet?
Well it shouldn't, though with the superhub being "special" who knows? But with any normal router, you forward a port to an ip address and that's it, the device shouldn't care about how that device is connected.
