Video on demand availability
We have had very few problems with video on demand but just lately it seems to be down quite a lot. The green light on the V+ just flashes for hours on end and then suddenly we are back on line and we get access. I heard that VM were working on the system a few weeks ago but I thought that had ended now.
Does anyone in the know have any information on whether there is still a lot of work going on or should I phone customer services? Don't want to bother them if there's a reason for this.
Does anyone else have this problem at the moment?

You should call in about it. The upgrades that happened recently have now finished, and wouldn't have caused the online light to flash anyway.

Telephoned Customer Services yesterday, very pleasant; apparently needed a signal boost. I've rebooted (plug out job) and so far all is well.
