Video on demand availability
We have had very few problems with video on demand but just lately it seems to be down quite a lot. The green light on the V+ just flashes for hours on end and then suddenly we are back on line and we get access. I heard that VM were working on the system a few weeks ago but I thought that had ended now.
Does anyone in the know have any information on whether there is still a lot of work going on or should I phone customer services? Don't want to bother them if there's a reason for this. Does anyone else have this problem at the moment? |

You should call in about it. The upgrades that happened recently have now finished, and wouldn't have caused the online light to flash anyway.

Thanks, spiderplant, if the problem continues I will call them. It's back on now having been off since yesterday evening!

Telephoned Customer Services yesterday, very pleasant; apparently needed a signal boost. I've rebooted (plug out job) and so far all is well.:)
